Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery times
Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days after your order ships. All delivery times are estimates; remote addresses or busy periods may take slightly longer.
Tracked and protected
Every order is tracked. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear. If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we'll send a replacement free of charge.
Duties and taxes
Applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Depending on your country, local import duties or fees may apply.
Delivery issues
- Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
