At Snugly Blanki, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. This Refund Policy sets out how returns, refunds and exchanges work.
1. Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
The following are not eligible for return: gift cards, final sale items (marked as such at purchase) and items that are not in their original condition or have missing parts.
2. Right of withdrawal (EU and UK)
If your order is delivered within the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
3. How to start a return
Contact us at info@snuglyblanki.com with your order number. We will send you the return address and instructions by email. Please wait for our confirmation before sending anything back. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
4. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will make it right.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need extra time to process it. If the item was defective, damaged or sent in error, the original shipping costs are refunded as well.
6. Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
